Due to our continued growth through the pandemic we are searching for another member of staff to support our client managers.
The role will support the provision of accountancy services to our clients. This will entail assisting Client Managers to complete client bookkeeping (using Xero, QB, FreeAgent and Sage), VAT return preparation, and preparation of sole trader and basic Ltd accounts and tax returns.

The ideal candidate would have several years experience (min 2 years) in an small / medium-sized accountancy practice and hence familiar with the demands and challenges of dealing with many clients. Time and work management along with a “can do” attitude will be essential characteristics. It is anticipated that over time, being dependent on performance, skills and qualifications, the successful candidate would progress to full Client Manager status.
Salary dependent on experience, qualifications, and level of study support (where relevant). Plus pension, Bonus (subject to performance)
23 days holiday plus Stats. (plus 1 day for each of 5 years’ service) / Flexible working /36.5 hours (4pm finish Friday)
