I find Xero simple and intuitive to use as well as comprehensive in the range of features it offers. Creating and tracking invoices is easy and modifying the standard templates to incorporate my company logo, bank details etc. is straightforward. Importing transactions from my bank account is quick and easy – as is reconciling each transaction to invoices / expense claims etc. I’m increasingly finding that I can keep track of all of my finances via the desktop version and also the mobile app – which is giving me confidence that I don’t need to duplicate any records in a standalone spreadsheet”
